Go through our NPO Concessions Training and learn concession stand and customer service skills. Our aim it to train not employees but managers and supervisors.

Welcome to Prodigal Sons and Daughters Redirection Services Inc. (PSD), where transformation begins. Since 1989, we have dedicated over three decades to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals as they reintegrate into society. PSD was founded by individuals once deemed as misfits and outcasts, including the homeless, former offenders, substance abusers, and at-risk youth. Today, we offer a beacon of hope and a pathway to redemption, recovery, and rebuilding lives.

Mission
Our mission is to provide a broad spectrum of social services and a continuum of care to assist the orderly return and reintegration of formerly incarcerated men and women into the community. We also offer parenting and marriage counseling services to community youth, food banks to provide fresh produce, and opportunities to practice healthy eating habits.

We envision a world where all individuals have the opportunity to recover, rebuild, and transform their lives after incarceration, contributing positively to their communities and thriving in all aspects of life.
